Hi All

We have a CS1000 and are using Callpilot for voice mail. At the min if someone rings our main number but reception are all ready on a call they just get a ring tone until reception pick up or they give up.

Is there some way to have a message played to them but not have them sent to voice mail, just have the message played to them until reception are free to pick up?

Check out Attendant Announcement Feature but you will need PKG's 384-7-56-125-134-174-163. Most switches have everything except for the first one
