Is there a way (remotely)to see how many mailboxes are allowed in the Call Pilot. I know there are 10 to 40 I just need to know how many this particular one is coded for.

yes just use nru to access system, f983 plus sm pswd and then 44 on keypad.use softkeys to navigate to see existing mbox count.

Thanks that's what I needed. Now I can't remember how to access the CP ID so I can add more mbx's.

don't forget to backup cp sp you don't lose your keycodes if you should ever have to upgrade or replace it. key codes are stored in sto file of the backup.
