I HAVE INSTALLED A CALL PILOT ON AN MCIS RLS 4.1 THE CALL PILOT IS RLS 3.1. I HAVE 2 AGENTS ANSWERING 3 LINES (NEW INSTALL} AFTER TAKING CALLS THE SYSTEM IS GIVING THE ALL AGENTS ARE BUSY MESSAGE BUT THEY ARE LOGGED IN, IF I LOG AN AGENT OUT THEN BACK IN MY CALLS RESUME. I THINK THE SYSTEM THINKS THEY ARE BUSY FOR SOME REASON,BUT I CANNOT SPOT THE PROBLEM. NEED SOME FRESH THOUGHTS.
