Need help with two issues:

We have a Call Pilot 1002, 2.02, SU04, Win NT 4.0 SP6.

Issue 1: The firmware version on the DSP are as follows:
NG02536--does anyone know the latest firmware version?

Issue 2: Problem is that were seeing alot of SLEE transfer errors on our applications. Also, were getting:

Event ID:55211 Mailbox (mailbox number) other E0: 0; E1: 0; E2: 0, SB desc: NotSubsc

However, the above mailbox number is a SDN for a Utilities Call Center which goes to an Application in Call Pilot, then to SCCS. So, when the error is generated the public is receiving the friendly default Call Pilot msg of "you have been fowd to a vm system however the person at (mb number) doesn't subscrie to this service" and Call Pilot disconnects the call. Oh yeah, the kicker is that it is intermittent. Any ideas or suggestions is appreciated. Thanks
 
sounds like a patch, but it could be a single bad port.. i would pick a low traffic and test each port. doing a entc on my set.. if you can duplicate the problem, you can isolate the point of failure.. management wanted me to change that recording, but didn't like yo-fool get out of my mail!! guess they aren't mr T fans
