CALL PILOT WILL ONLY ALLOW 1 CALL AT A TIME

I CAN ONLY RECEIVE 1 CALL AT A TIME WHEN USING THE APPLICATION BUILDER. I CAN USE THE ASSOCIATED SDN TO ANOTHER APPLICATION SUCH AS VOICE ITEM MAINT. AND IT WORKS FINE. WHAT IT DOES IS IF THE FIRST CALL COMES IN AND IS LISTENING TO THE AUTO ATTENDANT, THE SECOND CALL COMES IN AND RINGS ONCE THEN IS CUT OFF. I BUILT THE ACDN AND USED THE CDN AS THE NCFW. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME AN IDEA OF WHAT I MAY BE MISSING.

in your vsdn table, look at the max number of channels to be used by this app field

In my sdn table the minimum is set at 0 and my max is set to default. I did change the max to 24 with no change.

I believe there is a patch for this...we had the same problem during our install and a patch fixed the issue.
 
what rls and do you have the patch number?

at the time the switch was on 25.40 and CP was on 2.0, there should be a dep. list that covers the switch and CP. Sorry I don't have the number.

We experienced the issue about 2 yrs ago when our CP was first put in. The second call would ring trip, so the local TAC engineer spilt the drives and installed the patches. Sorry I dont have the number

I found out the problem was in the application builder itself. I ended up copying the application and using the same sdn as the original with no changes and it worked just fine. So something with the original copy of the application was causing the trouble. A tech from Nortel told me he has seen this exact trouble before and this was the only work around that he knew of. Thanks for your help.
