Call Pilot Voicemail

When a person is on the phone and someone calls that phone it should go to voice mail right. Well for some reason some phones it does go to voice mail and others it does not. I have no clue as to why....

I am getting all kinds of errors in the call pilot alarm monitor. Any help would be appreciated.

Print a TNB on the phones in question. Look at what is defined for HUNT and LHK. You will most likely see a difference in the phones that go directly to voice mail on busy (HUNT= VM PILOT AND LHK=0) and those that do not (HUNT= VM PILOT AND LHK = 1, etc).

jax thanks for the help. Some reason cls HTA was not set up on the phone in question. This whole time i thought call pilot was screwed up.
