Hello.

Is there a way to track or record any unanswered calls that come into the switchboard in Call Pilot?
The old Meridian Mail had an option to veiw 7 days in operational measurments.

That feature is now called Call Pilot Reporter; the software package itself comes with the Call Pilot, so you don't have to buy that. However, it does require a "stand alone" web server to run the application.
