Call Pilot / Temporary Greeting

Good afternoon to all. I have a user who has a temporary greeting active on her mailbox. Does anyone have an idea how we replace the "temporary greeting" with a recorded "external greeting " ?

1. login into the mb
2. press 8 2 for mailbox greeting command
3. press 1 for external, 2 for internal or 3 for temp greeting
4. follow the nice callpilot lady prompt
