Nortel do not support the application and clearly state the position with regards to anti-virus in the NTP's. There are also bulletins on nortel.com about anti-virus
Another issue is to not install any form of domain PUSH application onto CallPilot for updates. You need a repository for your DAT files (internet access is not recommended for the CP) that CP can update AV from.
