Call Pilot revert dn

Call Pilot Manager question. I'm trying to enter an extension in the revert dn field and I get the message: The DN specified for revert DN is restricted by an RPL error code 60646

The extension you entered is restricted by your restriction and permission list (RPL). Look up the list and either change the revert number you are entering, or allow it in the permission list.
