Call Pilot Question

We use Call Pilot 2.0 desktop fax. We select the document, select file, print and select nortel fax. Sometimes we have user's complain about some large black spots on the fax when they recieve it. Certain areas are literaly blacked out while other areas remain fine. Does anyone know what causes this?

I would first try the latest desktop client version to see if this improves the FAX qulity. the latest version of desktop client is: 2.50.06.25

Each client had improvents to integartion with MS Outlook, Lotus and FAxing. So maybe this will solve your problem.

Note the latest desktop is 4.04.04.01. Recently released from Noretl.
