Can someone tell me the kinds of reports available with Call Pilot? Does Call Pilot allow you to create custom reports with Crystal like you can with SCCS 4.0? We have Mermail 13.14.2 currently and the reporting is pretty worthless. We need detailed reports on agent voicemail activity delivered via email or a web server and I was wondering if this is possible with Call Pilot. Our vendor is not being responsive and my management wants answers right away. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
