Call Pilot Messages Missing

I have a customer on CP100 2.1 and one mailbox didn't have messages that a caller left. I rebooted the system and then those messages appeared in her mailbox. Any suggestions? I pulled an event log but does anyone know how to read it? Is there an event code manual?

Seems that every type of Voicemail for Norstar has this delayed message problem. Had not heard about it on the CP yet, but it would appear its there.
Rebooting most likely emptied out the buffer.
I don't know of an error code guide for the CP100/150.
You can always try an upgrade to 3.1.

Thanks for the post. I wonder has anyone seen an event manual for the Call pilot. I had an event code manual for MICS that I had found from someone at ITAS. Unfortunitly I don't have access any more. Has anyone with ITAS access seen such a document? Thanks very much for any help you could provide.
