Call Pilot Message Waiting Light

I just migrated over from mermail to cp 3.0, and I have users saying that there message waiting indicator will light up but when they check their messages there is not any new ones. Any help would be great.

did you take down the mermail, i had the same thing with the agents outed and just the aml up, mermail was lighting the lamps. either that or check , search, advanced search, mwi, to see if you've got a few to many mail boxes turning on lamps. another thing check for the marped on your sets. callpilot will light a lamp for a line marped on key x, had a 16 with a aom, we remove sets in her dept we leave the scn on that aom to block the number, she had about 10 boxes turning on her lamp.
