Currently I have Call Pilot Manager installed on my Call Pilot Server 201i on an Opt11C mini. The boss wants to install Call Reporter, I know that it cannot go on the 201i server and I think I can put it in the box that has OTM installed. If I install Call Manager with Call Reporter on the OTM box will I have two Call Managers? Can I get rid of the one on the server or am I stuck with what I have now?

Call Pilot Manager/Call Reporter

No need to get rid of CPMGR, you can continue using the one on the Server and users who need to access reports and use the one on the Reporter Server. On the Reporter Server you will notice a new ICON on the main page for the Reporter that is not on the CPMGR on the Server.
