Call Pilot infected by Virus recently 1

Friday our firm got hit by 3 virus (rimbot, etc) and causes a buffer overflow or sql issues, runs a malcode that kills the tcp stack which obviously kills the network connection.

Most of the network serves i dont get involved with but has anyone has similar issues with their call pilot going down in the last few days. I am going to have to request a vendor come in for my standalone call pilot and the cp in slot.>>

unless you can do a reinstall. the hard part may be cleaning the backup if it is infected. if you have a backup prior to the infection, guard it with care.. that may be the only thing that keeps you from re-typing the customer data.
