call pilot configuration for CS1000E

when installing Call pilot into a CS1000E sysstem there is no longer an option to choose system type, opt 11 Succession etc, in the configuration panel it has the options for Loop and Shelf greyed out, which appears to indicate that it ha assumed the system is a CS1000S, whichc only require Card and Unit for channel numbers, any thoughts please?

Try and re-run config wizard and comfirm all the settings from there. Check the Serial number and Keycodes as well.

Run the configuration wizard

In the Meridian 1 Switch information check the correct switch type:
M1 for large systems
M1 option 11 for small systems
