I have 2 x Access channels that are showing up as Remote Off Duty in Channel Monitor.
The TNs on the switch are exactly the same, except for the ACQ AS: value??
The working TN\Channel shows ACQ AS: TN,AST-DN,AST-POSID whereas the failed TN shows ACQ AS: TN
All Voiceports are aquired within Symposium and the TNs are all IDLE Log in when checked on the PBX.
The problem is causing callers to get ringing and no prompts\music from my scripts.
I've checked the ACD and SCR values in Cal Pilot agaist the TN config and everything matches up. The strange thing is the other 6 channels are shown as OK.
Symposium and Call pilot have both been re-booted, should I de-aquire all channel TN's from Symposium, delete them and start again, then power down both Symp and CP and bring them up one at a time?
Agggghhhh!
