Call Pilot 5.0 Desktop Messaging

We just setup Call Pilot. When a user is setup for Desktop Messaging, the Login window for Call Pilot appears twice instead of once.

So you have to login twice. Also cannot remember your password is grayed out.

Any ideas! Note: I could not find a separate Call Pilot Forum to put his message in.

i haven't had the double problem but are you using ldap.. if not the security level may stop the pls remember my pwd
