Where would I go to adjust the timeout for silence. In other words, if Call Pilot doesn't think you wanna leave a message, and doesn't record anything.

You need to look for the following under "Messaging - Messaging Management" It is defined in milliseconds. This controls how long a message as to be recored for it to be saved.
