I have an issue with dial by name it appears the only way to get it is from each mailbox "name dialable by external callers" is there anywhere this can be applied globally to each mailbox. I did not see it it mailbox classes.

as far as i have found that's a one for one, not a global for that, you'll need to modify each mailbox, if not i wasted a day for nothing

Thanks for the quick reply. The crappy thing about it is if you add multiple users by a csv file you still ahve to go modify each one.

Put it on the mailbox template that you use.

Yep - modify the templetes which will help when creating new mailboxes. For those mailboxes already in service I suspect the sole option is point and click, point and click, point and click...............

Where in the template for release 4.0 I do not see this option.The only place I see it is in the mailbox itself.
