Hi people,
There is a hunt group with a queue, members of a hunt group are also members of a pickup group.
Extension 111 receives the call from a queue. A little bit later, someone is calling extension 111 directly, using DID, so the second line appearance on 111 is ringing.
Now extension 112 picks up the DID call for 111, and speaks normally. But, the first call on 111 (the one that came from queue) is dropped...
System is CM5, G700, phones are 4610
Any ideas ?
