Call Pick Up Group in IP office 2

Hi all
I have IP office 406 with software version 3.0 in office.

I have a Hunt group with Ring Mode "IDLE" in it and 12 extension in that group. I am trying to use the "CallPickUpGroup" feature to pick call within the same group. The shortcode for CallPickUpGroup is *31(default).
But When I try to use it to pick any call, I get call rejected message on the phone (and it DOES NOT pick up the call).

that only works for calls to the group.

use pickup members to pickup calls within the group

if you try pickup group and that phone isnt in a group or there are no calls ringing to the group then you will get rejected

Just make another group with all the member
Make the button so it does pickup on that group
The user only logs out of the other group
