when arrive a called from a extension to pc attendant and that called is in conference with other extension and the user need will sent tranfer another extension i can rls the call how i can resolve this problem thanks

When two extensions are in a conference with an attendant (M2250 or equivalent PC Console), the call has to be fully released from the attendant (not held on loop key for example) before either party can transfer/conference in another extension.
