call park - J129

Hi. I am trying to configure call park using the feature implementation guide of Avaya. All user have J129 set. I also made the FAC and a call-park feature button on J129. After making a call when i navigate to Feature and the press call park i get a confirmation tone but after the confirmation tone use stays on line, i then put the hand set off. The caller goes on hold. When i try to pick the park call using the FAC (from another J129) and then the extension no on which call parker i get an error tone. I also tried to made a call-unpk button on the other set and check in feature the button of unpark doesnt appear. Can somebody guide how to setup call park on J129 sets.
 
I again tried and followed an old avaya admin doc. I am able to park the call after dialing the FAC. But i am not sure how to pick park call from other extension. I tried Answer back FAC but it shows i am connected to the extension who parked the call but the parked caller wont hear anything, neither me. Just silence.
 
I m able to implement the call park, previously i was following a different avaya guide. After searching avaya i found a detail doc and able to implement using the doc. For other user help below is the procedure for Call Park using J129 set.

Call Park
=========
Received all Then press Transfer Then Dial Call Park FAC Then Extension no Then
press Complete/Transfer Button.

Call Unpark
===========
From any other extension dial the Answer Back FAC and then the Extension Number on which call has been parked.
