Hi. I am trying to configure call park using the feature implementation guide of Avaya. All user have J129 set. I also made the FAC and a call-park feature button on J129. After making a call when i navigate to Feature and the press call park i get a confirmation tone but after the confirmation tone use stays on line, i then put the hand set off. The caller goes on hold. When i try to pick the park call using the FAC (from another J129) and then the extension no on which call parker i get an error tone. I also tried to made a call-unpk button on the other set and check in feature the button of unpark doesnt appear. Can somebody guide how to setup call park on J129 sets.
