Call Park Call Park Pickup

I am trying to park a call using call park on my phone and be able to pick up the call on another floor in the phone room.

I have COS on both phones enabling console permissions, and on both phones I added a call park and call pickup button

I have it set up in FAC as *3 call park and * 4 call pickup

so I am dialing into the 1st station and answer the call, I hit the call park button and get a dial tone at which time I enter the station I want to park the call on.

I go to the 2nd station and pick up the hanset and puch call pick up and get wave off tone.

Am I doing this incorrectly or am i missing a step. ?

You need to use the "answer-back" code followed by the extension number where the call was parked, rather than call pickup.

is there a button you can use for the ans back such as the call pickup.
