Somehow our configuration changed and I'm not sure how. It used to be that if one of our two attendants put a call on park, it would eventually ring back to 0 if no one took the call(and then either operator could take the call). Now, however, it rings back to either one of the individual attendant consoles and lights up on their console the "individual call" led. Is there anything I can check to try to get it back to the way it was before.
By the way, the operators are not in an ACD group or anything.
