Call not forwarding to Mer. Mail

Starting today when users are receive calls on their direct lines that are not answered, the calls are not forwarding out to their voice mail box. The calls are being routed out to our main switchboard greeting where the caller is prompted with a "press 1 if you know the number,press 2 if you know the name. When you press either the 1 or 2 the recording just keeps on playing. Any ideas of what happening?
 
Sounds like the Vmail is down.

sounds like someone changed/swapped the VoiceMessaging DN with the switchboard greeting menu.
 
Thanks for the replys. I have more info. The v/m system is up. It appears that not all users are effected. This morning once the calls have been sent out to the main v/m message you can access the users v/m by #1 number or #2 name. All v/m ports are up and working and the v/m DN has not been changed. I did receive information that the main greeting was changed just before this problem started. I don't understand how a greeting chang could effect the end users hunt to v/m. Any help would be appreciated.
