CS1000 system
I have a unique problem. Our 3904 phones for secretarys are setup with their attorney lines.
If Sue has Joe's extension on her phone and she dials his extension the name display shows Joe's name for a split second and then Sue's name appears even though the call does go through.
If Joe answers his phone then his name reappears on Sue's phone.
Now if Sue calls another attorney that is not programmed on her phone the attorneys name displays correctly.
Any ideas?
