The call masters connected to a G3r shows different times.time difference is from few seconds to 2 minutes.
Does anubody have an idea why such time diffence occur .
As per my knowledge call master takes it time from the switch then why diffent times?
Tried to busy release the CMs,reconnected it but to no effect.
Please suggest...........

Check Page 7 of System Features (V9.5) for a field 'System Updates Time On Station Displays'. At midnight, each night, the G3 sends out a new clock signal to all display sets to synchronize them to the PBX if this field is set to'y'. For some reason the default is 'n'.

I seem to remember that the callmasters would only update if you had the headsets disconnected... could be I am wrong, but give it a go...

That's right, we had the same & took us ages to work it out. It thinks there's an agent on so doesn't update the set.

Ask the agent to make sure the 2 pronged jack is disconnected when they leave and it should be fine the next morning if you have that setting right.

The callmaster doen not think "there is an agent on".
Because the CM has no switch hook, if a headset or handset is connected the phone is off hook.

(you can check this with the status station XXXX command)

This also applies to Attendant Consoles Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.
