Running CM1.3, is there anyway to log all CID info on inbound calls along with which trunk or what DID they called ? Basically I'd like to see who is calling what.
Yes, if you use the CDR output and make sure the "Record Outgoing Calls Only" option is set to "n" and have CLID on the inbound calls you can see who they called there are some variables as to what termination you want to see(hunt group vs. station)
