I have a person that is making alot of personal calls and the management wants some kind of report. Is there away to get this info out of my system and on paper for them?
 
You can set up CDR on your system and collect data for external calls
 
Turn CDR on in CDB and assign a PORT
Turn CDR YES on RDB and YES to every one you want CDR on.
CLS ICDA on the phone.
ADD CTY to a TTY.
