Can the routes/switch be configured to forward the ANI of the caller id information of the A Party when an extension is forwarded? When you get a forwarded call from your office you get the caller id information of your desk phone instead of the person calling.
 
This can be done if you have BC11 or BC12 Software.

It is called Original A-Number. The problem is that the Carrier may not allow you to send out this CLI as they may only Accept Numbers that are within your DDI Range.

To turn Original A-Number on you need to set ADC D22 on the Dest.
