Call ID from EC 500

Can someone explain the variables involved when manipulating Caller ID on a call placed from an EC 500 cell phone into the home office.
The customer wants to see the extension number the cell is married to not the cell #.

As long as the off-pbx-telephone station-mapping matches the caller ID of the phone, it will show the extension any time that caller calls into the PBX. So for instance my cell phone caller ID shows up as 317-555-1212 in my station's Off/station I put 3175551212 for the phone number, you're set.

That's controlled under tab 2 of the change off-pbx telephone station screen. The settings are:

Origination: forwards extension instead of cell phone ANI on calls from the cell phone to other extensions

Termination: forwards dialing extension instead of full ANI on calls to the cell phone from other extensions

Both: extension used both directions

None: full ANI used both directions
