What is the impact if I would changed the "call handling preference" from a only Skill Level to Greatest Need have?
Is it impact only the skill ? The message in CMS is not so clear.
It says:
Changing the call handling preference can significantly impact you CALL CENTER. Are you sure you want to this ?
