Call Forwarding to Cell Phones

I am unable to find how to forward calls to a cell phone. The system is a BCM400 rel. 3.7. I searched for call forwarding and off premise transfer and came up with nothing. Any help is welcomed. Thanks Justin

turn set relocation to yes under capabilites of set. make sure you are using a rout, not a line pool for outbound calls, once those two things are set you can forward off premise.

not set relocation, I meant allow redirect to yes under capabilities, sorry for the confusion.
