Hi all, we have three definity G3si running R8.1, one on each campus ... ok have you stopped laughing at our old system lol. We also are running a single Intuity Audix system that is used by all three campuses. We have coverage after forwarding turned on in the system parameters coverage-forwading form. So when I call a forwarded extension my call goes to the destination and if not answered it then follows the destination's coverage path which is usually just to voice mail. If the extension is forwarded to an extension on another switch the same happens. So my question is under what circumstances will a forwarded extension still go to its own voice mail which probably means it did not forward. Our President's assistant asked me since she had forwarded her calls to another assistant for a couple days and expected to have no voice mail and get all her messages from the other person. Today she came in and found voice mail in her mailbox. Any ideas?
