Call forwarding problem.

I have our security departments 3904 set-up to forward to a cell phone when the call is not answered.

Here is the problem. When an internal phone calls our security department the calling number is passed (ie 305.954.4127) on to the cell phone. When a call from off campus, say a cell phone or home phone, calls our security phone our main listed number (305.954.4000) is passed on to the cell phone instead of the actually number that placed the call.

How do I get the caller party number to forward to the cell?

We have a CS1000 at 4.5 release.
 
Do you have a PRI out to your local carrier?
 
Yes we have a PRI to our local carrier.
