Option 11- Switch 25.3 Software.
Problem: I have a 1-FB (standard analog line) coming into my switch (Remote call forwarded from CO). When it hits my switch I have it go to a Virtual DN that DCFW to another number to another switch (long story). BUT, When I have 2 callers calling AT THE SAME TIME one will go thru to the other switch and the other will ring the ATT..How can I change the second call to NOT go to the ATT..but either give a reorder(bsy) signal or to call the number DCFW'd so that BOTH calls will forward AT THE SAME TIME...
The remote site has rollover feature active..
When I call the number from 2 places I get through...EXCEPT when I call AT THE SAME TIME.
Any Ideas?

the line is hunting when the co, sees the ground ref on the ring lead. (co analog busy) so the co is sending it to a second choice co, which is routed to the att. i would take most of the call chain out. add a maxp 1 acd, ncfw to the next target, that should process the call about 4 times faster, you still need to put a call trace on the att. once you find out IF the second call hits the att, then catch the trunk and route and you'll have enough information to talk to the co. the fix sounds like just having the co drop the call paths to one.. more like an old analog pbx line if a stand alone pvr was busy, the switch could not even offer a busy forward due to the fact that the call was simply not presented to the switch.. the maxp 1 acd, might help. the true fix is on a co level..
