Call forwarding ns700

Hi
Want to ring door phone calls to cell phone.
Now door phone call rings on reception and two other extensions want it ring on cell phone also.
How to set up.

Send it to a virtual extension with a call fwd external.

I am just a user have access to the web console would appreciate if u list the detail steps.do u need mobile extension license.
