Call forwarding Issue.

I have set a short code 675 and 676 for call forwarding in a universal conference bridge. First the call comes in out existing toll free no.(PRI) and then after the voicemail i have press the short code (675 or 676). It will forward the call to the conference bridge. But the issue is when i press the short code it will take 9 to 10 seconds of delay to forward the call to the conference bridge no. What is the issue and what action needs to be done?
Your help is much appreciated.
 
Check your auto attendant menu structure - there's something about how you're matching, like it's waiting for additional digits.
