Hi there,

Does anyone know if it is possible to forward a station to an agent-extenstion
Station 7728
agent 3999

I can do *213999 at station 7728 en it gives me the OK tone (or user de call-forward button)
If I do a list-call-forw. it says : station 7728 is forwarded to 3999
So the call-forwarding seems to be ok.
But if I call station 7728 it gives me a busy

list trace previous Page 1
LIST TRACE
time data
16:03:34 Calling party station 2712 cid 0xd4b
16:03:34 Calling Number & Name 2712 _test_2712
16:03:34 term station 7728 cid 0xd4b
16:03:34 dial 3999
16:03:34 busy station 3999 cid 0xd4b
16:03:36 idle station 2712 cid 0xd4b
16:03:57 TRACE COMPLETE station 7728 cid 0x0

Also if I call agent 3999 directly it rings normaly, but on the calling station it says forward

any ideas ?

Was the agent ID logged into the system when you tried to call it?

Yep the agent was logged in.

If the agent is NOT logged in you get a busy signal
(i don't know how to change that either)

Is it possibly a cor restriction that the phone you are dialling from or indeed the forwarded phone cant call due to the cor to cor being set to n ?

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

Thanx for your answer, but that's not the case.
The Agent and the Station both have the same Cor (and if I do the same with 2 stations with the same cor is works)
Besides cor to cor is all set to 'y'

What state was the agent in? Available , ACW, Aux?

I Got it.

What was happening is that i had a call-forwarding after call-forwarding.

If an agent (3999) is logged in at station (7799) and you dial that agent this is what happens
The agent is call-forwarded to station 7799
So 3999 --> 7799

When I call-forward station 7728 to agent 3999 this is what happens
7728 --> 3999 --> 7799 And that was failing

In system-parameters featuren I turned “Chained Call Forwarding on” and now it is working
However it affects all the call-forwarding(s) so if I am leaving this option on I am not sure. But For now it is working

Interesting detail :
In the system-parameters coverage-forwardig there is an option
Maximum Number Of Call Forwardings Hops (3 in my case) , so you can limit it A Bit
