I have a customer have an IPO Rls9.1 and have in there office 3 IP Phones, he don't want any one call them, all forward to her secretary.
his number is 401, 402, 403, in the forwarding tab in the forwarding number I type in the forward number the secretary number, in the DND exception list add the number of the secretary.
now when call any of manager number on the display appear the name of the manager, its forwarding not problem and not ring in their extension, if the secretary answer the phone her name is display, the customer want from beginning when dials the number shows in the display that is forwarding to secretary and her name appears on the display.
is there away to accomplish this ?
