It seems that when I am on a call and a second call comes in to me that it goes somehow to my auto attendand? It's programmed to FNA and Hunt to my voicemail port, any suggestions? I have an Octel vociemail system and an Opt 61c with 25.4

Try and program the 2nd scr extension. The other thing to check is the CPND in LD 95 for the information that appears on the display for calls that are forward no answer. Check the octel documentation for the correct format.

what is the LHK set to?

If your keys are like this:

key 00 scr 1234 0
key 01 scr 2234 0
key 03 trn
key 04 trn
key 05 etc...

and you lhk is blank or 0, then it will go to vmail. Make it LHK 1 and with the other settings you should be fine.

If there is still an issue after trying the above solutions, please post the printout of the phone so we can see the programming.

I have a DID built as an ACD DN that NCFWs to my PDN, which is a system number. On occasion when this DID/ACD DN is called the call doesn't route to the PDN's mailbox (I route to the auto attendant instead).

the call is going to mail, so it's not the fdn, marp.. in mermail, the voice service dn table is the 1st file to check for the dn... my test phone, build a menu service, plus voice ser dn... 1962..build a mail box 1962..fna fdn to mail goes to menu service, the ms has an option for express mail...that works.. i know the octel throws in a little diff curve, i've install a few but the mail sees the original dialed dn, and routes it..this issue does not look like a function of the nortel...
