I have a configuration whereby calls flow through three VDNs to access an application behind Voice Portal.
The first two VDNs have 'VDN override' enabled
and the last VDN has 'VDN override' disabled.
The last VDN is the number Voice Portal uses to identify the which application to use.
Everything works fine if calls are come in directly through the VDNs.
Call-Flow is like this:
Main Number VDN (Select a Language)
Language VDN (Select a Department)
Department VDN (route-to VoicePortal)
However, I have a user that wanted to call-forward his calls to the Main Number VDN. This didn't working. It turns out the forwarding station's number is being sent to Voice Portal instead of the Department VDN.
Is this the expected behavior, or is there something I can do to make call-forwards adhere to the "VDN Override y/n" settings?
Regards,
M
