Call Forward to Long Distance number using Auth Codes

We use Auth Codes for Long Distance phone calls. We can Call Forward to a Local cellular number using the CFrwd button, entering 9 and then the 7 digit number. I am, however, unable to use this same procedure when trying to forward to a Long Distance cellular number. The core system is an Avaya S8710 running CM 3.1.2.

i think you will need to put a pause after the long distance number and enter the authorization code.

I have run into this several times. I found that the easiest thing to do, is put the phone number in the ARS table, going to a separate route pattern, that does not require the auth code for the LD call. If the number is the same, then this is a great solution.
