Call Forward and Pickup Settings

If a phone has the Voice Mail checkboxes checked for Forward Busy Internal/External and Forward No Answer Internal/External and also a number in the Coverage/ Destination will it ring the number in the Coverage/ Destination then go back to the original phones’ voice mail?

No. Not as I understand it at least. Any number in the Coverage/Destination field overrides the VM pilot number for your VoiceMail profile.

John is correct. It is one or the other. When both options are configured the voice mail option overules.
