Call Forward Off net LDK 100 on LDP-7004N

Hi,

I have an extension 5043 that has a direct dial number attached I want to forward all the calls coming to this direct dial number to external number.

The extension has an LDP-7004N handset. I have tried the following on the handset
554 1 9(for and outside line) 0141XXXXXXX (the number I wanto to forward too) #

Any ideas.

You need to make a speed dialling number, and forward your phone to this speed dialling number.
The speed dialling number should not contain any prefix.
