Call forward no answer

Currently all unanswered calls are sent to voicemail (DN 5000) after three rings. I want to preserve this for keys 00 and 01, but I want key 05 (DN 6899) to keep ringing until answered or the caller hangs up. Is this possible?

program 6899 on a dummy analog set and set CLS FND.

Note: if extensions are programmed on both an analog and digital set. Forwarding and hunting is Always controlled by the analog set.

that depends on the key and the marp.. but your right IF the dn does not appear on key 0, then marp it on the analog and that gives forward and most hunt control to the analog set... you can have the hunt set to mail and still use a lhk on the digital to hunt past it.. unless that one dn is the original dialed dn..


nortel gives you so many options that simple is not usually part of the equation
