Call flow using a MICS ver 7.1 & Call Piolt 100 ver 3.1 1

I have a phone system setup in the following manner. Calls come in and AA answers when the caller presses option 3 the call is transferred to HG01 (3 members)after 6 rings it goes to voice mail. What I would like to do on this path is after the call rings about 3-4 times (ring no answer) have the call go to hold (or queue with hold message) and then after a period of time say 30 seconds go back to HG01 and ring again.
I do not know if the system is even capable of doing something like this?
